Job Responsibilities:
1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target
2. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc
3. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS
4. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
5. You shall make productive BA tie ups
Prerequisites
1) Excellent communication and selling skills.
2) Sales Experience of more than 5 Yrs in Education/ Retail industry
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
4) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
5) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
6) Education Background would be preferred.
7) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Time Share/Kinder Garden/Retail Banking/Financial Selling/Insurance counselors
8) Only Female candidates
9) Salary – 15k to 25k p.m + Incentives
