Job Summary: The BDM for a BPO company is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive the growth of the organization. Minimum 3 Year Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Business Opportunities:
• Research and identify potential clients in target industries and markets.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop a business development strategy.
2. Sales and Lead Generation:
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and industry events.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and align the BPO company's services to meet those needs effectively.
4. Proposal and Presentation:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of the BPO services offered.
5. Negotiation and Contract Closure:
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Draft and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth and diversification.
7. Sales Target Achievement:
• Set and meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure consistent business growth.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve service quality.
9. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business development efforts.
• Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in BPO sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of BPO services, processes, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions:
• The job may require frequent travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
• Irregular working hours may be necessary to accommodate clients in different time zones.
