Social Media Manager

Are you passionate about creating engaging content, building communities, and driving results through social media? We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
