Sr. Tender Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a full-time on-site role as an E Tender Executive having experience in GEM and other government portals. The E-Tender executive will be responsible for submitting e-tenders, and e-auctions for the company on GeM (Government E-Marketplace) portals and complete all the documentation from applying for tender on Gem and sharing the proposal to client till submission of the tender and proposal. Provide necessary information, quotations, and guidance to potential clients, facilitating their decision-making process. The role requires extensive knowledge of the GEM portal and the rules and regulations associated with submission on the GEM portal, experience in tender preparation, and the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in tendering, contracting, project management, and government procurement processes. Experience using the Government E-Marketplace portal with knowledge of government regulations. Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment to make decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
