Full Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team at WEB IT Solutions. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, describing the characteristics and benefits of our company's products and services. Your main objective will be to generate leads for our Web it solutions, software development, and IT services (Web & Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and Website Maintenance).
Responsibilities:
Generate a minimum of 2 sales leads per day
Find calling data from various sources
Schedule client meetings and transfer to team leader
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Company and product profiles will be sent to clients daily through email or WhatsApp
Maintain sales data in Excel and share with the team leader daily
Call active or old customers to encourage the purchase of a product
Meet or exceed impressive targets and earn handsome incentives.
Required Skills:
Knowledge and awareness of selling IT products and services that we deal in
Desire to achieve big in life is a must requirement from each candidate
Excellent communication and selling skills required
Pleasing personality filled with positive energy
Background Preferred:
Industry worked in IT- Software / Software Services
Functional area- Customer handling
Role category- Full time
Experience- 1 to 3 years
Salary:
- INR 15,000* for 2 years of experience
- Targeted salary of INR 10,000* for 1 to 1.5 years of experience
- Salary will be based on monthly targets achieved
- If monthly targets are not achieved, the salary will be only 40% of the basic amount
Note:- should have Laptop if you have to work from home
