Job Title: Power Apps Developer

Location: Bhopal / Vadodara

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Power Apps, including both model-driven and canvas apps, to meet business requirements.
• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly Power Pages to deliver insights and reports using Power BI.
• Develop automated workflows and processes using Power Automate to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and databases, including leveraging .NET and JavaScript where necessary.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and databases to support Power Platform applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Power Platform applications and related components.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Power Platform and related technologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers as needed.
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in developing and customizing Power Apps and Power Pages.
• Strong expertise in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Solid experience in .NET development and JavaScript for extending Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with model-driven and canvas apps within the Power Platform.
• Knowledge of database design and SQL for data modeling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI) are a plus.
